The agreement between you and North Star Outfitters.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch. We may decline an order where an item is unavailable or a pricing error is obvious.
Prices
All prices are shown in US dollars. Shipping is added at checkout and shown before you confirm. The total presented at checkout is the total charged.
Payment
Payment is taken at the time the order is placed, through our payment provider. The billing descriptor that appears on your statement is SQ *NORTHSTARONLINE.
Availability
Where an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.
Warranty
We warrant our products against faults in workmanship and materials for as long as you own them. The warranty does not cover accidental damage, normal wear, or failures caused by modification or misuse.
Liability
Outdoor activity carries inherent risk. Our products are tools and do not remove that risk. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which our business is registered.
