Returns and refunds

Sixty days. Take it outside first — that is rather the point.

The window

You have 60 days from delivery to return an item. We would rather you took it into the field and formed a real opinion than kept it boxed in case you changed your mind.

Condition

Reasonable trail use is fine. We ask that the item is clean, dry and complete, with any hardware and stuff sacks it came with.

How to start one

Email orders@northstaronline.store with your order number and what went wrong. We reply with a return label and instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return arrives and is checked, normally within three business days. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.

Exchanges

Tell us what you want instead and we will reserve it while your return is in transit, so you are not waiting twice.

Warranty claims

Workmanship faults are covered for as long as you own the item and are handled separately from returns. There is no 60-day limit on those.
