What we collect, why we hold it, and what we never do with it.

What we collect

To fulfil an order we collect your name, delivery and billing address, email address and telephone number, together with the contents and value of your order.

Payment information

We do not receive, see or store your full card number. Card details are captured and processed by our payment provider on their own systems. We receive only a confirmation of the result and the last four digits.

Why we hold it

To take, pack, ship and support your order, to handle returns and warranty claims, and to meet our tax and accounting obligations.

Who we share it with

Only the parties needed to complete your order: our payment provider, and the carrier delivering to you. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone, for any purpose.

How long we keep it

Order records are retained for seven years to satisfy accounting requirements. Marketing contact details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to erase it where we are not required to keep it. Email orders@northstaronline.store.
