Hours

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm Mountain Time. Messages sent over the weekend are answered on Monday morning.

Warranty and repairs

Email us first with a photograph of the fault and your order number. Most repairs are handled without the item leaving you; where it needs to come back to us, we send a prepaid label.
